James E. Jones is the Starkey Research Professor, Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Indiana University School of Dentistry and Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a Life Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, Fellow of the International College of Dentists and a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He has published over 100 articles and book chapters in the dental, medical and education literature. He has presented over 150 continuing education courses in the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East on a variety of topics related to higher education.

Daniel G. Pompa is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. In 1985 he established The Oral Surgery and Implant Center in Forest Hills, New York. After graduating from New York University College of Dentistry in 1978, Dr. Pompa completed a GPR at Long Island Jewish Hospital, followed by speciality training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Hospital, New York Medical College. In 1982, he became a Fellow of The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Gustavo Vicentis de Oliveira Fernandes is a Dentist. He has completed his Master’s degree in Medical Science, and PhD in Dentistry. I am directly responsible for the teaching in those courses. This course has reached so far more than 250 dentists and dental lab assistants and had sessions in various venues in Brazil, Portugal and Colombia.
